    I too think it’s important to consider your personal goals and fitness level when creating a plan. Personally, I try to combine strength training with cardio and stretching to maintain my overall fitness. I also don’t forget the importance of nutrition and rest. Maybe we should talk about how often you revise your workout plans to adapt to changes in your goals or fitness?
